Registration begins at 1:00 PM
SMOKY MOUNTAIN EVENTS CENTER
(formerly Haywood County Fairgrounds)
DOGWOOD BUILDING

REGISTRATION: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
(Registration closes promptly at 2:00)

PRECINCT MEETINGS: 2:00pm

HAYWOOD COUNTY CONVENTION: 4:00pm

Please be respectful of everyone's Covid concerns. We will be taking precautions so everyone feels comfortable attending this event.
Temperatures will be taken at the door - anyone with a fever will not be allowed to attend.
Masks are encouraged and will be provided if you don't have one.
Everyone is asked to Maintain Social Distance.
Please use Hand Sanitizer and/or Wash Your Hands.

If you were not a registered Republican in Haywood County on 1/31/21 - you won't be able to run for a Precinct Office or be a Delegate/Alternate to the County/District/State Conventions - but you may attend as a Guest. (Unless you moved to Haywood County and registered in the last 30 days or if you turned 18 since 1/31/21.) We look forward to seeing you!
